It was at Pakkhoke Randh&#257ve that Gur&#363 N&#257nak's wife and children stayed with his parents-in-law after he had left home to go out to preach his word. Ajitt&#257 first met Gur&#363 N&#257nak as he arrived in his village at the conclusion of his long travels and sat near the well owned by him. Ajitt&#257 was instantly converted and sought instruction from the Gur&#363.
